Cocopah Vice-Chairwoman Rosa Long Named Outstanding Leader

The Arizona Community Foundation of Yuma on Oct. 25th named Cocopah Vice-Chairwoman Rosa J. Long as an Outstanding Leader at their annual Heart of Yuma Awards Ceremony.
Long was among five other nominees for the title. The annual event has 8 categories that recognize exceptional individuals and organizations in Yuma County that make a positive difference in the community.
This marks the first time a Native American has earned this honor.
