  1. Include which location you are applying for.
  2. Make sure you include your Mailing Address in the application.
  3. Please answer all questions openly and honestly
  4. Provide accurate addresses, telephone numbers, and dates of employment and supervisors for each job listed on your application.
  5. LEAVE NOTHING BLANK! “See Resume” is not ACCEPTABLE.
  6. Sign your application.
  7. Email us a copy of your high school diploma/GED or college degree(s) confirming your highest level of education. Also include any job specific certifications or licenses.
  8. Previous education and work experience will be verified on all top candidates being considered for employment at Cocopah Indian Tribe. Having the above information is imperative to properly determine each applicant’s qualifications for a specified job vacancy.

About The Application Process:

  1. On the following pages, input the requested information then click continue each time (you don't have to go in order).
  2. You must finish the process in one session. If you close your browser, you will lose what you have done so far.
  3. After you have input all of your information you can Review, Edit, then Submit your application.
  4. Be sure to review the Download Your PDF link. This will allow you to preview what we will receive.
  5. Once you click "Submit to Cocopah" ONLY the final PDF will be sent to us and no further changes will be made.
